Orders placed for Cakes will not be possible early in the morning, as the cakes have to be made fresh from the bakery and delivered. So the delivery of the cakes would only be possible after 11 AM .
Flower arrangements/Baskets delivered may not be exactly the same as displayed on the site. We make all possible efforts to deliver the similar arrangement but because of seasonal and location constraints, we may change some flowers. Although, we promise that the number of flowers will be the same and the value of the substitutions will be equal to or higher than what is shown on the site.

As we are dealing with perishable products,if there is any problem, the customer can raise a complaint. We will listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our customer service staff will respond to the problems and will take an appropriate course of action on the spot.
Please note, last minute orders cannot be cancelled. If the order is cancelled by the customer 1(One) day before the delivery date, the customer will get a full refund. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, it has to be mentioned immeditely to the delivery boy or by phone to the customer care number. If it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
