All our transactions or orders are executed only after payment being done. However, we understand that there would be certain situations, wherein the order that is placed need to be cancelled. We have a set of rules according to which the refund can be made in such instances.
1. Order ones delivered at the recipient CANNOT be cancelled. Thus cannot be refunded.
2. Order of cakes can be cancelled when intimated only before six hours.
3. Order of flowers can be cancelled when intimated only before three hours before despatch.
4. Order shall be redeemed UNCANCELLED if the recipient is not available at the given address. NO REFUND will be made under such circumstances.
5. No refund will be paid in case of incorrect details given by customer such as improper address or phone number.
6. We shall be responsible for damage of any perishable goods before reaching you. We shall cross check after intimation and shall refund the payment.
7. The rules and regulations of the cancellation policy are owned by the proprietor, Ms. Deepali S Gotadke.
8. The proprietor shall reserve all the rights to edit the policy.
