What customers have to do?

For same day delivery of flowers and gifts customers should place the order 2 days prior to the delivery date. we work 365 days of the year, our working days is from Monday-Saturday but we do work on all days of the week, month and year.

Customers can choose any product from our gift gallery: We are tied with CCAvenue which is our credit card service provider, CCAvenue.com provides you an order form and shopping cart, you have to fill the order form and give credit card details when you are ready to check out after completion of your shopping.

Clickroses.com will not charge on the bill in your credit card statement it is charged by CCAvenue.com.

If you wish to pay through cash, cheque, COD, DD mode of payment we will send an email to you about the details of the payment. Your gifts will be delivered after we receive your cheque, cash, DD, we will deliver the gifts through VPP.

What we will do:

We deliver the undertaken order between 9:00am to 8:00pm on all days of the week.

We gift wrap your gifts in a perfect wrapping.

Deliver the gifts to the entrusted person in the order form.

Once the order is completed we will intimate you through email about the confirmation and the recipient’s reaction on the same.

Clickroses.com is associated with CCAvenue.com for credit card services, once you hit the click button on Add to Cart or Check out CCAvenue.com will be guided to shopping cart page. Following segments will give details of the fields of these pages and also clarify where to go ahead like Special instructions and Date of delivery.

You should select the country from the drop down menu/box option in the shopping cart.

You should write the name of the person to whom you want to send the gifts in name box. Give full details of the person, address for our convenience such as landmark near the residence. Select India from the drop down box, mention recipients contact number in telephone text, give correct email address in the relevant text box, mention exact delivery date in the message sent to us with important instructions if any.

International credit cards are accepted as CCAvenue.com is based in USA.
